csgo picks up the mic that is set to standard/default audio device in windows. Idk if that behaviour can be changed or how that goes, possible the steam voice settings. (assuming you are on windows). You might have a different type off input set as default and customly adjusted the input in discord? You can test check using voice_loopback 1
