Can you provide some more information:

• What Cacti Version are you using ?
• What errors are being reported in the PHP error log ? ( You can eanble it by uncommenting the "error_log = syslog" line in php.ini )
• What PHP modules do you have enabled ( check with "php -m" )

You're using CereusReporting 2.8 and didn't install the required parallelGraphRetriever tool.

So download the following tool, place it into the CereusReporting directory and make it executeable for the apache and the cacti polling user:

Ok, what is the "Debug Info" page saying ? ( Console -> NMID -> Debug Info )
Do you have selinux enabled ?

Ok, you're still on 2.10. Can you download 2.90 and install it from here?

hmm.. I unzipped 2.90 after that I unzipped parallelGraphRetriever and mpdf_ReportEngine.

and now if I click "Install Plugin" in Plugin Managment nothing happens.
