Extremely slow loading pages

I have a brand new computer that is very speedy.....except at ACOT!!   It takes FOREVER to upload or download, the wheel spins and spins and spins.  Sometimes, when it finally loads, I get a blank screen.   

It is slow to download pages into the gallery, and across the bottom of the upload page I get a message that says "Waiting for A Cherry On Top to respond'.   Usually my page does finally upload, but it is taking way too long.

I am using Microsoft Edge as my browser, but today in frustration I switched to Firefox.  Still just as slow.....This is not happening on my IPadd (IOS), so I suspect it has something to do with my browser.

Anyone else having this problem......or know how I can fix it?

I have been finding ACOT pages sometimes taking a long time to load lately. They will usually come up but take forever to load. I’m on a Mac and am pretty sure it is ACOT because other sites load fine.
